Thanks also to everyone who has congratulated us on the November 17th birth of Eliyanah Zohar. Eliyanah is Hebrew for "God answered me" and Zohar is Hebrew for "Light." She weighed 5 pounds, 11 ounces at birth, was 18 1/2 inches long, and her birth was amazing considering that there could have been a bundle of complications... see this Victorville Daily Press article for details. (In addition to what we told the paper, we didn't tell them, or the hospital, that Ellie came out with her umbilical cord around her neck.)

We're pleased to announce that she is healthy, happy, and wonderful! You can see a few professional photographs of her at Our365.com; they were taken less than 24 hours after the birth.
